AT THE FORMULA 1® QATAR AIRWAYS BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2024, MATCH HOSPITALITY WELCOMES YOU TO THE HOME OF BRITISH MOTORSPORT AND IS DELIGHTED TO HOST YOU THE OFFICIAL HOSPITALITY AREAS AT SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT.
Following an epic race in 2023, Silverstone is set for another amazing event in 2024. Whichever official hospitality experience you chose, each location has a great view of the track and racing action. We look forward to hosting you at the F1® Qatar Airways British Grand Prix 2024
TRAVEL INFORMATION
RED PARKING PASSES
Directions from M1
Leave the M1 at J15A following signs for Oxford A43. At the roundabout that crosses the A5, take the second exit and stay on the A43. At the next roundabout take the second exit and stay on the A43.
Directions from M40
Leave the M40 at J10 following signs for Northampton A43. Continue on the A43 approximately 17 miles, including passing the exit for SILVERSTONE, until you reach Towcester roundabout (near the BP petrol station) and Travelodge / Starbucks). Leave the roundabout at the 4th exit and double back on yourself driving back towards Oxford A43.
After approximately 1 mile take the A413 towards Buckingham, Whittlebury and follow the RED ROUTE on the Event Traffic Signage for Hospitality Parking. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A413 towards Whittlebury. After leaving the village of Whittlebury the hospitality parking entrance will be on your right-hand side after approximately 1 mile, marked by large blue flags.
To enter after 14:30 hours, Hospitality guests will need to use GREEN ROUTE via Silverstone Village, please follow the signage on the day. As you approach Silverstone Circuit you will be able to re-join the RED ROUTE.
GREEN PARKING PASSES
Directions from M1
Leave the M1 at J15A following signs for Oxford A43.
At the roundabout that crosses the A5 take the second exit and stay on the A43.
At the next roundabout take the second exit and stay on the A43.
Continue on the A43 and follow the GREEN ROUTE on the Event Traffic Signage for CENTRE PARKING. After approximately 3 ½ miles take the exit for SILVERSTONE and continue to follow the GREEN ROUTE to the Circuit Main Entrance. Upon arrival at the Circuit please have your parking pass ready for inspection.
Directions from M40
Leave the M40 at J10 following signs for Northampton A43.
Continue on the A43 until the exit for SILVERSTONE and continue to follow the GREEN ROUTE to the Circuit Main Entrance. Upon arrival at the Circuit please have your parking pass ready for inspection.
At the entrance to the car park (RED and GREEN routes), please follow signage to your designated parking zone and follow the stewards’ instructions.
Hospitality transfer
Exclusive to Hospitality Customers - The dedicated hospitality drop-off and pick-up point at Whittlebury Park, can be reached by following the RED ROUTE to the village of Whittlebury and specifically the RED W signage to Whittlebury Park. After leaving the village of Whittlebury, and after approximately 150 metres on your right-hand side, you will see the entrance for the hospitality drop-off and pick-up point marked by large blue ‘Hospitality Transfer’ flags. Upon arrival, board the shuttle service through the grounds of Whittlebury Park and after being dropped off, please follow the signs towards Gate 6. From there, make your way through Copse tunnel to the inner track – where you will arrive at Copse Runway. Once there, please follow the instructions below in order to access your Hospitality Area.
Please note, there is no parking permitted at Whittlebury Park and your Hospitality Transfer Pass must be shown.
On request to the Customer Service Team, the Hospitality Transfer Pass will be made available in your 'My Account' - please download it prior to arrival to access the hospitality drop-off and pick-up point at Whittlebury Park. Access is restricted to MATCH Hospitality customers with passes only.
PARKING
Parking Information
Please ensure your parking pass is clearly displayed in your windscreen when approaching the circuit
For HOSPITALITY PARKING please follow the RED ROUTE on the event traffic signage or the GREEN ROUTE for area J. Those with disabled parking should also follow the GREEN ROUTE and signage for DISABLED HOSPITALITY PARKING. To enter after 14.30, hospitality guests will need to use the GREEN ROUTE via Silverstone Village, please follow the signage on the day. As you approach Silverstone Circuit you will be able to re-join the RED ROUTE.
Arriving by Car - Instructions once you arrive:
Customers parking in P26 (using the RED pass/ route ):
- Once you have parked, please follow the signs towards Gate 6. From there, make your way through Copse tunnel to the inner track – where you will arrive at the Copse Runway.
Customers parking in P38 (using the RED pass/ route ):
- Once you have parked, please follow signs for Gate 9, where a shuttle will take you to your Hospitality Area (Seven Seventy).
Customers parking in J or Disabled Hospitality (using the GREEN pass/ route) :
- Once you have parked, you are now inside the inner track and near to/ adjacent to the Copse runway 'refer map on previous page'.
For Customers who have parked in P26 & J or via Hospitality Drop-off point
Once you have arrived at the Copse Runway, customers in TRACKSIDE, THE RACING GREEN, HERITAGE CLUB/ SUITES, LEGENDS CLUB/SUITES and IGNITION CLUB, please refer to the circuit map in this info guide and make your way to your Hospitality Area, or ask a steward for further assistance. For customers in OCTANE TERRACE and FUSION LOUNGE, please head towards the Silverstone internal shuttle stop on Copse runway to be transported to your Hospitality Area.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Tickets are digital for 2024. Tickets must be presented via the Silverstone Tickets App on your mobile device. Your ticket is required to access the circuit, inner track and your hospitality area. Click here for more information in using the Silverstone Ticket App
Please be aware Hospitality Area opening times vary from the general circuit gates opening times.
Your Lanyard, Wristband and Hospitality Pass will be provided at the Welcome Desk of the Hospitality Area. These must be worn at all times.
Please note tables are shared in the lounges subject to the number of packages purchased. Trackside, The Racing Green and Octane Terrace have casual, unallocated seating.
PLEASE LEAVE PETS AT HOME. Animals (except for assistance dogs) are not permitted. Please contact silverstone.customerservice@match-hospitality.com if you require any assistance or would like to bring an assistance dog.
Guests must not bring PROHIBITED ITEMS including weapons, narcotics or any promotional, commercial, or advertising banners, signs or brochures, bicycles, electronic bikes or scooters.
OPENING TIMES
Hospitality areas open at 8am each day.
You are welcome to enter the circuit before this time, however our areas will only open at 8am.
Circuit Opening Times (subject to change by Silverstone Circuits Ltd):
Friday and Saturday 7am Sunday 6am
Please note, the shuttles to the hospitality areas will only start operating at 7.45am each day
DRESS CODE INFORMATION
A SMART CASUAL DRESS CODE applies to all guests within Silverstone Hospitality areas. Jeans are permitted but must be smart in appearance, with no rips, tears or bleaching. Smart shorts are also allowed in case of hot weather. Team merchandise is permitted.
For guests in Trackside, The Racing Green and Octane Terrace please note they have a more casual dress code on account of the al-fresco environment. Customers are advised to bring sun protection and an umbrella.
It is advised that suitable footwear is worn as some of the car parks are grass covered. All footwear should be clean and smart trainers are permitted.
